Have come to M&R a few times, first was to get a second opinion about a recommended service I received from another place. They pulled up their directory that lists when specific cars need to complete specific services and my car wasn’t due for that service for at least another 40k miles. Brought it back recently for new brakes and M&R was thorough and timely with the process. Included pictures with their recommendations.

This is my third time visiting this shop. Everyone on the Mike Jr. team is very professional and always puts themselves in the customer’s shoes. Two weeks ago my driver’s window was smashed and I took my car to M&R in an emergency and they took care of my insurance right away and helped me find a rental car with Enterprise. I just got my car back yesterday and my car looks great and very clean inside and out. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends.

I took my car into M&R after it had failed emissions testing. I had brought it in somewhere else first, and they weren’t able to fix the issues but M&R identified the problems quickly. They gave me a great, thorough explanation of the work needed to be done and were also able to run the emissions test onsite so I didn’t have to drive out to the suburbs to get that done. All the guys I talked to were friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. I’ll definitely be taking my car here from now on!

I took my car (Audi S4) in in an emergency on a busy Friday afternoon because the belly pan was falling off. They told me they were extremely busy but they took it in and told me would be ready by 8pm. Not only they secured the belly pan but did a full check of my car and mentioned things that needed attention (with pictures). I took my car back later for one of their recommendations; fresh brake fluid. The pedal feels a lot smoother now. The staff was very friendly and very professional. I like their text system too. Family owned shop run very professional. Highly recommended if you own an European car.

I’ve used M&R twice now for both of my cars and both experiences have been great. The body work done on my 2020 VW looks great and I’m very pleased. The staff is great at communicating and are all very personable. Mike Jr. even remembered that I had had surgery and asked me how I was doing when I came to pick up my car. They pay attention to detail and are excellent at what they do. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

We received a recommendation to try M&R when our daughter’s car broke down. That turned out to be an excellent decision! We were trying to manage the situation from afar and M&R was extraordinarily helpful. The owner is top-notch and the service was excellent. Everything was done on time and according to specifications. They were easy to work with and even helped us out with another problem that went beyond what one would expect from a car repair business.
