Very helpful. My key was stuck in the ignition. 3 people tried to get it out. I called in thinking I’d need to bring the car in, but the guy over the phone just guided me verbally how to get it out. Saved me a stressful night. Also, their text system is helpful to send photos of the issue.

I took in my 2006 Honda Accord when my front bumper fell off. As long as they had the car, I asked for a thorough check up – engine, brakes, and whatever else they thought needed to be checked. They understood I loved my old car. When they explained what issues needed attention, they were very patient as I tried to decide which repairs were urgent, which could be put off. I appreciated their advice on that. Mike Jr and Jonathan were great to work with – personable, professional, and easy to communicate with. I am glad I trusted them with my old Honda! While a touch pricey (I did have a big work order with them, so it was understandable), I was impressed with the quality of work and great communication with M&R, a family owned business. I will return here for all notes with my Subaru.
